Brand Transform
We’ll do a deep-dive into your brand with a 90-minute virtual workshop, landing on a solid creative direction that fits like a glass slipper.
Based on our findings, I’ll create your custom, lettered logo, alternate brand marks, and curated brand assets (fonts, colors, and more) that are unique to your vision and voice, giving you an array of tools to connect with your audience across a variety of touchpoints.
Once you approve, I’ll package up and send everything you need, including a brand usage guide that shows best practices for deploying your brand in the real world.

Shine like total brand royalty. This package includes everything from Brand Transform, plus bespoke brand patterns, Pantone color swatches, 2 additional rounds of revisions, and a brand launch coaching call.
I’ll then save out and send you everything you need for a successful launch, then we’ll have a 1-hour coaching call focused on strategizing your brand rollout and setting you up for big success. Look out, world!

Frequently asked, happily answered.
How long does the whole process take?
A new brand identity usually takes about 6-8 weeks from the Virtual Brand Workshop, but it can vary depending on scope, schedules, feedback, etc. I may send a few emails back and forth as I work, to get additional thoughts from you, or that might not be necessary. If you don’t hear from me for a few weeks, don’t worry—it means I’m working hard on your brand.
What are my payment options?
I accept credit card and ACH payments.
Projects are typically billed 50% up front (a non-refundable deposit that secures your spot on my calendar), and 50% upon project completion, before final files are released.
I also create custom payment plans - just ask!
Do you offer rush services?
Yes – current schedule allowing. It depends on your exact timeline, so reach out and tell me about your project and desired turnaround time. An additional rush fee of 25% will typically apply.
Will I have ownership and copyright of the logo?
Yes! Upon project completion and full payment, you will have full ownership and copyright of your logo and brand marks. You can use them for your intended purposes without restrictions.
What are the final deliverables?
Depending on the selected brand package, you’ll receive your entire logo suite in high-res formats useful for both print and web: .eps, PDF, jpeg and png. You’ll also receive color codes for print and web, font styling suggestions along with where to license your fonts, and a PDF brand guide.
How many rounds of revisions can I have?
Two rounds come included in the package price (and four for the upgraded Brand Transform Royal package), and additional rounds can be purchased at an hourly rate. This approach helps keep feedback clear and concise, which saves everyone time and energy all around.
When do I get my final files and deliverables?
The sooner you give your stamp of approval, the sooner I can send final files (yay!). I do my best to operate on a one-week turnaround for finals once a brand is approved and the remaining project balance is paid.
What happens after I receive my final logo files?
When you receive your final logo files, the ownership and copyright transfer to you. I recommended keeping a backup of your files in a safe place, as I do not store the files for you. You can start implementing your logo immediately across your website, social media, marketing materials; anywhere you want to showcase your brand!
We can also continue to collab on a brand rollout or with ongoing design and lettering services.
